My name is Jonathan "JJ" Jones, or Coach Jones to many kids and parents. I got into coaching to help both the athlete and the parents in understanding what their goals are and how to achieve them. Anyone can learn to throw, catch, tackle, kick etc. but the trick is  to become super efficient and be consistent. I specialize in motivating through vision and breaking down the "why's" of the mechanic so that your athlete not only learns these skills but also understands how to improve on them directly.
