The Youth Sports Local "YSL" Dragons are the travel or elite teams representing our program. We have several levels represented by team colors and divided by ability. The higher the rating the more perks and exposure you receive. The lowest ranked dragon teams are the school based teams representing only their school and carrying that color. Black dragons are the first level travel team. Gold Dragons is the first level multi school all star team. Platinum Dragons are fully sponsored high level tournament players and play on the national team. Every team will have at least one Alpha. Alphas are the both side of the ball studs and are up fitted with extra gear provided by YSL. Each team will have a ranking system to provide a chain of command and responsibilities for young leaders. Every team will have no ranks, at least one sergeant, captain and colonel. Only coaches will receive Major and Colonel ranks. Captains are the player coaches and top of the food chain. Sergeants are "team leaders" or "team captains" for most other teams. There's only one General!
