Noble Elite football will be an additional tackle program option to what is currently offered to players on the Noble and Berwick Academy rosters. We are developing teams that are going to be playing for the Noble High School team as high schoolers. This is not a "vote to control" program that will be dictated by groups outside the organization. Coach Jonathan Jones will be the governing head coach of all teams with individual coaches appointed by him based on personally conducted yearly interviews to promote and continue growth at each level for the teams not individuals! We will not hide behind clauses/time periods for decisions and will be very open with communication to anyone in the Noble Elite system. We will hold public meetings to discuss issues and concerns, but all decisions will be the sole responsibility of Coach Jones. No finger pointing or guessing here! These teams will be playing in same system as the high school to make the transition easier at that level. We will be DEVELOPING players to fit this system regardless of the strengths and weakness' of each team or players. The program will be comparable in price to other leagues and open to ANY player who would like to join! We will be offering a local area travel team to allow for more playing time with each level for kids who want to grow and compete at a higher level. YSL will also be forming a regional travel tackle "All Star" team that will compete in national tournaments. All positions will be set by a pre-season position tryout and skill assessment. Don't worry, performance only dictates your main position. You will have the option to grow and change throughout the season. Previous positions, status, political ties with other programs or sports, parents alma mater or ANYTHING other than ability to perform at the position best for the TEAM will be disregarded here. This is not the official sign up but an interest to play in the upcoming season so that we can validate numbers and levels to estimate costs and schedules for games and tournaments at each age level. By registering you understand and agree that you will be playing for Noble Elite under the guidance of Coach Jones and his appointed coaches. You can participate in other programs during the fall season if your league allows and use Noble Élite to train and play additionally. If your league does not allow you to play in two contact program leagues simultaneously and you are interested in trying out for the YSL Travel Elite team that only participates in all star tournaments throughout the country please signup and put YSL ELITE in the comments for more info. This pre registration count will be running to decide our course of action. At the end of that time a decision will be made to continue or withdraw based on the number of interested parties.
